Lazy morning, took more than an hour to get out

Spent 300 Kcal while shopping -- got a Missoni-inspired cardigan
Day 6.
Light Indian dinner
Working hard from 8-to-8
Yoga with Rose, so refreshing
Catching up with a friend, a record breaking 1.20 hour phone call
Day 7.
