Call centers
I cannot express the frustration I had with the United airline call center today. I've made 4 calls, in total spending 2 hours talking to strangers, more hours trying to make an informed decision. All of them put me on hold to check the reservation rules. The first two told me A, the other two told me B. I was loosing my mind, almost! I hate cliche sentences like "You are the best customer of United. Please call us again."
